SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The Big Sioux River Corridor bike trail expansion near Lien Park is expected to be finished by November. The $2.7 million project adds a mile of trail, including the city’s first elevated boardwalk through the treetops. Parks officials say the expansion will eventually connect to trails near Great Bear, Brandon, Tea, and Harrisburg, creating more than 43 miles of continuous trail for cyclists and pedestrians.
