Wall volunteer firefighters responded to a reported structure fire in the 500 block of Main Street in Wall just before 9 PM on Monday, where the Cactus Cafe Lounge is located.  Arriving volunteer firefighters found a free-burning fire with heavy smoke and fire extending into the roof assembly of the structure, which also contained residential occupancy.  The fire eventually went to multiple alarms.

Firefighters from a multi-county area, worked for several hours to contain the fire to the structure of origin.  Firefighters are expected to remain on scene for several days.

The Black Hills Fire Chaplains Association is assisting the occupants.

No injuries to civilians, firefighters or domestic animals were reported.
