SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Hundreds of people took steps toward healing and hope this weekend in downtown Sioux Falls during the 14th annual Step Forward to Prevent Suicide walk. The event brought together survivors, families, and supporters to raise awareness about suicide prevention and honor those lost. For many, it was more than just a walk, it was a lifeline. Event speakers shared a powerful message, saying the goal is to make sure people know they’re not alone.
