LAKE ANDES, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) An 18 year old Lake Andes woman is facing two felony charges after reportedly threatening a woman and her infant during a rent dispute in Wagner. Police say Margaret Fischer hit a woman with a BB gun and pointed it at her and her baby while demanding they move out. Witnesses also claimed she tried to push the woman down the stairs during the September 5^th incident. Officers later recovered the BB gun and arrested Fischer, who denied the allegations. She is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon. If convicted, Fischer could face up to 30 years in prison and $60,000 in fines.
