MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The Mitchell City Council has approved applying for a $3.39 million state loan to replace century-old pipes on North Ohlman Street. The project includes new sewer, water, storm drainage, and a roundabout at 23rd Avenue. Construction is set for the 2026 season and will replace utilities dating back to the 1920s.
