Mitchell Council Reviews Corn Palace Murals, Sewer and Bike Path Projects

MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The Mitchell City Council met last night to tackle a full agenda, including awarding bids and reviewing key city projects, according to the Mitchell Republic. Council members considered quotes for installing new Corn Palace murals after July’s request for bids came up empty. The council also discussed installing sanitary sewer for the lakeshore development, a new bike path at Lakeview Golf Course and Mitchell Cemetery, and nearly $892,000 in payments for utility and park projects.
