MLB

The Minnesota Twins have now made it four straight wins after yet another win over the Detroit Tigers, winning this one 3-1. That makes it a sweep after what was a slow game for most of the night as it was tied up 1-1 entering the eighth, but a pair of runs in the bottom of the eighth did the trick. Brooks Lee hit a tiebreaking two-run single to put them out in front. Minnesota is now 7-6 overall and 5-2 at home. The Twins will begin a new series tonight when they travel to face the Toronto Blue Jays on MLBTV with the first pitch at 6:07pm.

NBA

The Minnesota Timberwolves are in the fight for seeding for the upcoming NBA playoffs, and so are the team they will be facing tonight. They’ll be in Houston taking on the Rockets at the Toyota Center. Tipoff is set for 8:30pm on Prime Video.
