Multi-Billion Dollar NIL Lawsuit Heading To Court In South Dakota

MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) South Dakota and its two NCAA Division I universities are going to court over a nearly three-billion dollar Name, Image, and Likeness settlement. University of South Dakota and South Dakota State University, the state, and the State Board of Regents all say that the two-point-eight billion dollar NCAA NIL settlement is unfair to smaller D-1 schools.
