PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A Pierre mail carrier who admitted stealing Menards rebates will avoid prison time. According to KELOLand, U.S. District Judge Eric Schulte sentenced Nicholas Travers to one year of unsupervised probation and ordered him to pay restitution.
