SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Five smoke shop owners from across South Dakota are facing charges after a statewide sting uncovered the sale of illegal products. Attorney General Marty Jackley says undercover officers worked with state and local law enforcement to make controlled buys earlier this summer. The charges range from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Jackley says the message is simple: stop selling dangerous drugs in South Dakota communities. The Attorney General’s Office will prosecute the cases. For more Government stories from MitchellNow.com, Click Here.
