PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The South Dakota Department of Health says the WIC program for women, infants, and children, is operating as normal despite the ongoing federal government shutdown. According to a news release, Health Secretary Melissa Magstadt says there’s been no disruption to services and that families should continue attending scheduled appointments.
